YMC Live Meeting Classroom Guide:
-
If you have a Question, either “Raise your hand” or put the question in the chat.
-
Keep your Camera "on" for the entire call, if possible.
-
If you have to move around a lot or need to leave your computer/phone, turn off your camera for that time period.
-
If you’re having trouble with the connection, turning off your camera may help too.
-
-
Stay muted until called upon.
-
You will automatically be muted upon entering the virtual classroom.
-
-
If you have a personal issue (need to leave early or have a private question), private message Jerry directly in the chat. He will respond as quickly as he can.
-
If Karina or Jerry cuts out or loses connection, please stay in the classroom until they come back.
If You Miss a Live Meeting:
-
Every live meeting is video recorded for viewing within your training group only.
-
The replay of each Live Meeting will be posted on the Class page 24 hours of the live session.
