YMC Certification Training

The YMC Certification Program Includes:

  1. A week long in person retreat style training

  2. One year of group mentorship via monthly Zoom meetings

  3. Lifetime access to the Certified Coach private Facebook group for ongoing support

  4. Lifetime access to the ever-evolving online Learning Center

  5. The ability to use the "YMC" logos and letters behind your name, (eg. Sally Smith, RYT, YMC)

  6. A listing on our international registry of certified Yoga Mindset Coaches

The Retreat

In this week long intensive, you will have the opportunity to practice everything you learned in the Basic Training in small groups under direct supervision from our expert staff. You'll experience practicing and teaching yoga asana, pranayama and meditation techniques to pair with specific coaching themes. You'll gain new tools take your yoga coaching business to the next level, like how to customize Yoga Nidra practices and Parts Work coaching exercises. You'll also get to work with and be supported by other amazing YMC coaches from around the world. After completion of the retreat immersion you will be awarded Yoga Mindset Coaching Certification.


Year of Mentorship 


Questions are sure to arises you are developing your skills and working with clients. So it is important that you have ongoing support. Included in this program is one year of group mentorship and supervision. Once a month, in a live Zoom session you'll have the chance to be coached personally by Karina and/or receive guidance on your current client cases, as well as learn from other's questions and client example.

Once you have completed YMC Basic Training, based on the best selling book, you can move on to full YMC Coach Certification. There are many benefits to becoming a YMC certified coach, including in-person classroom time with Karina, and a full year of mentorship after the retreat.
